I was very disappointed with this vacuum. For the past 15 years I've used pro team vacuums. I've never had any issues with pro team vacuums. Until I purchased this vacuum for my personal use. This model has very poor suction power. Also the wand keeps sliding inward because of the poor tighten design. The button clip wand is much better, both parts just snap together. I couldn't believe how poor this vacuum is, it has as much power as my upright at home. That's not saying much for this vacuum. I use a pro team vac every day at work. This vacuum does not compare to the vacuum I have at work. The. Vac I have at work, if sitting on the floor, an turned on it jumps right up and tips over. This vacuum I bought I turned it on, while on the floor. It didn't even move. That was when I noticed the lack of power.

Bought this Vac to replace one that we've been using 7 days a week for the last 6 years.Best Vacuum ever as far as we can see. the only reason we replaced the old one is we opened another diner and the old vac went to the new place.

We bought this vacuum for our church and it works wonderful. It has a powerful suction, and is easy to carry on our backs plus easy to move from one end to another. I would reccommend this vacuum to anyone.

I purchased this for my staff to clean 15,000 sq ft of office space. We purchased one machine and they love it! It is so much easier than the upright machines we were using. Everything is right there on their waist and they don't have to fight the machine to do their job. It is easy to just strap it on and start vacuuming.
