Our cleaning crew love the vacuum! The only complaint I've had is the belt is not very durable. After less than a month of usage, a new belt needed to be put on. |

Very unsatisfied with this product. Not recommended- our office floors are not extremely dirty and this commercial vacuum already is giving us problems, keep in mind we just purchased less then two months ago. |
