I have have one of these Optimas for over a year and worked 5 days a week about 3 to 4 hours per day.
The wheels fall of, the clip for the wire on the handle broke, the clip on the bottom (cover plate) broke, the handle turns in circles, and it still works well and I want to get a new one. I really love the machine, I like the fact that the roller turns off and on. I like the hose. It is on the bottom so the machine does not fall over when using it.
